Return & Refund Policy

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Items without original packaging.
• Personal care or hygiene-related items (due to safety concerns).
• Discounted or final sale items (unless defective or incorrect).

🔁 Exchange Policy

• If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll replace it free of charge.
• Exchanges are only possible based on stock availability.

💰 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within [5–10 working days].
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on preference or availability).

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, etc.), you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
